Customer Success Representative

What you'll do

• Onboard new customers
• provide field-based and classroom training to franchisees
• prepare quotes and proposals for additional services
• document customer and franchisee interactions
• respond to service inquiries and resolve client issues
• occasionally assist with loading or preparing equipment
• travel locally as needed.
