What you'll do

• Support the kitchen manager with daily operations
• safely operate kitchen equipment
• prepare ingredients and cook food according to standard procedures and recipes
• store food and other items properly

• clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, appliances, and workstations
• follow special diet orders and sanitation and food production codes
• and perform dishwashing duties.
