Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor/Senior Director of Property Management, the Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the daily oversight, upkeep, and maintenance of assigned property(s). This includes supervision of Janitor, coordination of repairs, janitorial functions, groundskeeping, and ensuring that the property is maintained in a safe, clean, and operational condition
