IT Consultant II — Disaster Recovery

What you'll do

• Lead disaster recovery assessments and recovery strategy workshops
• develop and review recovery plans, runbooks, test plans, and after-action reports
• coordinate annual testing, failover exercises, and readiness assessments
• analyze dependencies, RTOs, RPOs, and recovery requirements
• track remediation
• support ServiceNow BCM implementation and operations
• produce status reporting and metrics.
