Experienced high performers may have total compensation opportunities of $120,000–$150,000. The role supports an established commercial roofing company. The estimator/project manager prepares bids and budgets, then manages awarded projects through completion. By coordinating customers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field crews, the role helps deliver roofing projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to specifications.

What you'll do

• Prepare estimates for commercial roofing projects
• review plans, specifications, drawings, scopes, and bid requirements
• perform material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor takeoffs
• develop budgets, proposals, and scopes
• coordinate with customers, general contractors, architects, manufacturers, and vendors
• manage awarded projects from contract through completion
• coordinate schedules, materials, labor, subcontractors, and field crews
• monitor costs, change orders, billing, and profitability
• conduct project meetings
• identify risks and solutions
• maintain project documentation and communicate progress.
