Sales Supervisor — Ring Concierge

The Sales Supervisor — Ring Concierge role is onsite at the Boca Town Center location in Boca Raton, FL. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour, and the role is bonus eligible. Ring Concierge designs luxury jewelry, and Leap operates the boutique through its retail platform. The supervisor leads sales-floor execution, coaches associates, and oversees daily store operations when the Store Manager is not present. The role supports sales goals, customer loyalty, team development, and consistent brand and store standards.

What you'll do

• Coach the team toward daily sales goals and performance metrics
• monitor business performance and adjust priorities
• reinforce product knowledge and personalized selling
• build customer connections and loyalty
• provide coaching, feedback, and recognition
• support onboarding and training
• serve as Leader on Duty
• oversee visual merchandising, inventory, shipment processing, and daily operations
• support store events and market initiatives as needed.
