The Lead Commercial HVAC Installer role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with pay of $36–$50 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities. Mechanical Optimizers is seeking a lead installer for its Columbus team. This hands-on leadership role directs commercial HVAC installation crews and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards. The lead reviews project scope and site readiness, coordinates and coaches crew members, communicates job risks, and supports quality control through startup and closeout.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial HVAC crews in sheet metal and ductwork installation
• review project scope, materials, and site conditions
• delegate tasks and monitor progress
• coordinate and coach installers and apprentices
• communicate scheduling risks, shortages, and jobsite concerns
• support startup, commissioning, documentation, customer communication, safety, and quality control.
