What you'll do

• Monitor customer balances, aging, and credit risks
• coordinate payment resolution and credit controls
• manage cash applications, payment matching, fee reconciliations, and check deposits
• investigate discrepancies and administer the US AR mailbox
• assist with month-end close, reserve analysis, sales tax reconciliations, and account reviews
• prepare accounting entries and schedules
• coordinate with global accounting, logistics, and operations teams
• support process improvements.
