What you'll do

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and team members
• manage visitor sign-in and notifications
• answer phones and transfer messages
• perform minor financial transactions
• notify people of severe weather
• receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• complete administrative tasks
• maintain resident information channels
• open and close the reception area.
