The Automotive Technician — A-Level role is onsite in Newville, PA, with a Monday–Thursday 7 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and Friday 7 a.m.–3 p.m.; the shop is closed Saturday and Sunday. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience, with stated earning potential of $110,000+. The position is with an independent repair environment focused on accurate diagnostics, quality workmanship, and long-term customer relationships. The technician diagnoses and repairs vehicles across domestic, Asian, and European makes, contributing to repair quality through advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting. The role also includes communicating findings to the service team and assisting less-experienced technicians when appropriate.

What you'll do

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and identify root causes of vehicle concerns
• diagnose electrical systems, drivability concerns, and check-engine-light issues
• interpret wiring diagrams
• perform mechanical repairs, component replacement, and R&R work
• service domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• maintain repair quality and workmanship
• communicate findings and repair needs to the service team
• assist and mentor less-experienced technicians when appropriate.
