• Provide customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications site

• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct unarmed patrols of the facility, access points, parking areas, and perimeter
• verify credentials as directed
• and maintain incident, patrol, and daily activity reports.
