Customer Success Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the aligned Sales Executive’s internal point of contact for project needs
• coordinate the project process with Workspace Design and Project Installation Managers
• support design-request intake and prioritization
• own project-order quoting and audit inventory for stock and lead-time risks
• ensure payment, credit, and contractual terms are in place
• distribute agreements and secure e-signatures
• confirm inventory, generate Salesforce orders, and commit stock in SAP
• manage backorders, payment receipt, and standalone invoices
• request installation service and hand off project details
• coordinate installation updates and issue resolution
• review installation recaps, complete action items, and manage RMAs, credit memos, and replacement orders
• maintain Salesforce project records and follow SOPs.
