What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• respond to maintenance requests
• maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and general building systems as qualified
• perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring repairs
• inspect equipment and building systems
• assist with safety inspections and emergency maintenance as needed
• maintain repair and inspection records
• follow safety, infection-control, and facility policies
• collaborate with facility leadership and departments.
