What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop production and support team members
• communicate performance expectations and goals
• coordinate training
• meet production schedules and customer requirements
• troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• monitor efficiency and continuous improvement
• plan staffing, overtime, temporary staffing, and PTO coverage
• prepare reports
• support quality systems, GMP compliance, and safety programs
• investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• support 5S initiatives.
