What you'll do

• Provide front-line technical support by phone, email, and in person
• document issues in a ticketing system
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
• configure and install desktops, printers, scanners, telephony, and conferencing equipment
• perform equipment adds, moves, and changes
• document hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removals
• maintain equipment inventory
• support PC performance monitoring procedures
• attend OSHA training and complete annual competency requirements.

Why this role

An associate degree in an IT-related field is required, or a high school diploma plus two additional years of related work experience may substitute. A valid New York State driver's license is required; A+, Network+, and MCP certifications are desired. Evening and weekend work may sometimes be required with little advance notice.
