The Collision Technician role is onsite in Manhattan, KS, with annual commission-based pay of $65,000–$120,000, depending on experience. Alan Clark Body Shop is hiring for its fully air-conditioned collision center and describes a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. This technician repairs vehicles to estimates and manufacturer standards, helping deliver quality collision repairs and customer satisfaction. The work includes preparing vehicles, checking parts, reporting additional repair needs, maintaining tools and safety equipment, and following hazardous-material and body-shop regulations.

What you'll do

• Repair vehicles according to estimates and manufacturer standards
• check parts against estimates and ensure correct parts are ordered and received
• prepare vehicles for body repair
• report additional repairs or issues that could affect quality or promised timing
• maintain tools and equipment
• use required personal protective equipment
• follow hazardous-material and body-shop regulations
• assist other personnel with repairs and preparation
• operate tools safely.
