The attorney advises clients on healthcare regulatory compliance and supports transactions, due diligence, filings, agreements, and ongoing operational, privacy, reimbursement, and compliance matters. The work spans healthcare regulation, corporate transactions, and strategic business counseling.

What you'll do

• Advise healthcare providers, companies, investors, and sponsors on regulatory compliance
• support mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
• analyze federal and multi-state requirements
• counsel on Stark Law, the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and corporate practice of medicine restrictions
• conduct regulatory due diligence
• prepare and review filings, agreements, and compliance documentation.
