What you'll do

• Provide general dental services, examinations, preventive and restorative care, periodontal services, extractions, endodontic procedures, and pediatric dental services within scope and credentialing
• develop treatment plans
• document care
• lead dental quality and patient safety initiatives
• conduct risk assessments, chart audits, and peer reviews
• coordinate complaint responses
• analyze performance data
• train staff
• support audits and regulatory compliance.
