What you'll do

• Coordinate staff completion of BLS and ACLS certifications
• manage equipment and skills stations for training
• assist in coordination of clinical rotations and student orientation
• train staff in new hire orientation
• coordinate preceptor program
• facilitate implementation of new competencies and equipment
• provide education on federal and state regulations
• ensure Joint Commission standards are met.
