Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) is a fully onsite, full-time role in Minneapolis, MN, paying $30–$36 per hour plus a bonus structure. Behavioral Health Group provides opioid addiction treatment services through its network of treatment centers. The counselor supports patients through recovery by conducting individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, coordinating referrals and follow-up, and providing intake and crisis support. The role also maintains records and works within applicable licensing, program, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Conduct alcohol and drug counseling and group sessions
• orient patients to program operations
• assess social, educational, economic, and vocational information
• develop and revise treatment plans and maintain records
• make referrals and follow up
• provide intake, readmission, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling
• coordinate care with community providers
• participate in required training and meetings
• perform OBOT services.
