The Real Estate Photographer & Field Operations Specialist role is onsite in Tallahassee, FL, serving the local market and surrounding region, with travel within a 35–50+ mile radius. Compensation is per assignment: $225–$325+ per listing appointment, $50 per hour for additional tasks, $30–$60 per lockbox pickup, and $1.20 per mile for travel beyond 35 miles each way. Ziprent, a TurboTenant subsidiary, supports rental property listings and property operations. The independent contractor creates listing-ready visual materials and documents property condition while handling related field logistics. The work helps transform rental homes into high-performing listings and supports rent-readiness through photography, 3D tours, walkthrough reports, and lockbox management.

What you'll do

• Deliver 15–25+ professionally edited interior and exterior photos
• capture Zillow 3D tours and digital floor plans
• conduct initial property walkthroughs and submit condition reports
• pick up, install, and maintain smart lockboxes
• respond promptly to assignments and deliver reports within 24 hours
• travel within the local market and surrounding region.
