Global Security Operations Center Analyst

Job overview

The Global Security Operations Center Analyst role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $34 per hour. The analyst supports a global client whose employees and offices are located worldwide, advancing Pinkerton’s mission to protect clients through enterprise risk management services. The analyst monitors and evaluates security information, tracks threats, and communicates relevant incidents to help protect employees, facilities, and operations. The role also supports emergency response, access control, surveillance, and related client security programs.

What you'll do

• Monitor open-source intelligence, social media, and client intelligence tools
• collect and validate information and assess its credibility
• report on global security issues and geopolitical events
• serve as an initial command element during emergencies
• manage alarm monitoring and responses
• conduct video surveillance and physical security system audits
• monitor external threats and communicate with stakeholders
• manage access control and produce analytical reporting
• support related security programs and document project progress.
