The Recruiter, Home Health Staffing role is onsite in Plymouth, MA, with pay of $24–$26 per hour plus bonus opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. What you'll do

• Recruit caregivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and other sources
• create and manage job postings
• screen applicants and conduct interviews
• schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• complete background checks and pre-employment requirements
• conduct orientation and onboarding
• maintain employee records and data
• attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed
• coordinate with Scheduling
• track weekly hiring goals and metrics.
