Development Scientist, Analytical Method Development and Validation

The Development Scientist, Analytical Method Development and Validation role is onsite in Gulfport, MS, with relocation assistance available; compensation is $70,000–$90,000 per year. The role is based in a GMP-regulated laboratory. The scientist develops and validates analytical methods, taking validation work from protocol design through final reporting. The work supports reliable laboratory methods, technical problem-solving, method transfer, and ongoing process improvement in collaboration with QC, Quality, and other technical teams.

What you'll do

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical methods
• design and execute method development and validation studies
• write, review, and execute validation protocols
• analyze validation data against acceptance criteria
• prepare and review validation reports and technical documentation
• investigate unexpected results and support deviations and CAPAs as needed
• support method transfers and process improvement
• collaborate with QC, Quality, and technical teams
• maintain documentation according to GMP standards.

Why this role
