What you'll do

• Maintain Oracle inventory records for raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods
• process receipts, transfers, adjustments, and material consumption
• perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits
• investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• receive and verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips
• prepare and process outbound shipments and documentation
• resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies
• validate transactions and system entries
• support production scheduling through material availability and staging
• comply with company policies, internal controls, safety, and regulatory standards
• maintain clean, organized storage areas using 5S principles
• identify process improvements
• train and support team members.
