What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to planned menus, dietary guidelines, and resident needs, including specialized diets
• follow standardized recipes and portion controls
• maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and safe food handling and storage
• adjust recipes for dietary restrictions and preferences
• assist with ordering and stocking supplies
• collaborate on menus and resident dietary concerns
• record food temperatures, portions, and dietary modifications
• participate in training.
