What you'll do

• Pick up and deliver food orders
• set up and restock the front line
• clean trays and tray stands
• read order tickets and track cooking times
• check doneness and presentation
• coordinate timing with broil and pantry stations
• garnish and tray entrees
• deliver food to the correct table
• assist servers
• follow safety practices and complete closing and assigned side work.
