The Merchant / Buyer – Dive and Watersports role is hybrid in Manhattan, NY, with three onsite days each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two remote days. What you'll do

• Own category sales, profitability, assortment, and inventory health
• develop category, pricing, merchandising, and growth strategies
• manage purchasing, forecasting, open-to-buy, and inventory planning
• build and negotiate vendor relationships
• analyze sales and product performance
• partner with marketing, web, and sales teams.
