Case Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for assigned clients
• conduct onboarding interviews
• communicate case updates
• collect and analyze financial records
• assist with IRS Collection Information Statements
• identify missing information
• track milestones and deadlines in case software
• draft correspondence and tax resolution packets
• coordinate with tax preparers on unfiled returns.
