What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and facilities team members.
• Provide technical oversight of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation systems.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, fire regulations, and OSHA standards.
