What you'll do

• Receive shipments, move products, and prepare outbound freight
• monitor shift performance and resolve or escalate issues
• coordinate with leads, supervisors, and support teams
• train and mentor employees
• assist with procedures and work instructions
• operate warehouse machinery safely
• assign tasks and monitor processes
• review paperwork and report inventory discrepancies
• coordinate supplies with other departments
• participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
• reinforce OSHA, food safety, and cGMP requirements.
