Returns Associate

The Returns Associate role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN. Pay is $20 per hour. What you'll do

• Receive and process customer returns
• inspect, verify, and document merchandise against return authorizations
• determine whether items should be resold, restocked, repaired, or liquidated under company policies
• record transactions in the returns dashboard
• report discrepancies and damage
• maintain a clean, organized, safe RMA area
• coordinate with internal teams
• assist with picking, packing, shipping, restocking, and inventory control as needed.
