Civil/Structural Engineer I

The Civil/Structural Engineer I role is onsite five days a week in downtown Atlanta, GA, and compensation is not specified. Working under project engineers and managers, the engineer performs analysis, calculations, repair designs, technical documentation, and field support. This work helps plan and deliver restoration, strengthening, and corrosion-control services for transmission structures.

What you'll do

• Perform structural analysis and calculations under project engineer direction, including steel and reinforced concrete designs
• assist with planning structural restoration, strengthening, and corrosion control
• support inspections and field work
• prepare engineering assessments, reports, and technical documents
• review field data for accuracy
• provide field support and quality assurance
• support pilot and R&D projects through data analysis and field data collection.
