The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is onsite in Columbus, OH, with two work-from-home days per month; compensation is $90,000–$95,000 per year. Advanced Behavioral Therapy provides treatment for children with autism and support for their families. The BCBA develops individualized ABA assessments and treatment plans, monitors clinical progress, and guides behavior technicians. The role supports effective, individualized care through family partnership, data-informed adjustments, and collaboration with clinicians and leadership.

What you'll do

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans
• conduct ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP and AFLS
• develop treatment plans
• provide parent training and support
• oversee data collection and program integrity
• monitor progress and adjust treatment based on effectiveness
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians
• collaborate with clinicians and leadership
• provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director.
