What you'll do

• Coordinate work, documentation, and correspondence among project team members
• assist with bid solicitation and estimates
• maintain submittal and RFI logs
• document scope changes
• coordinate change proposals
• participate in construction meetings
• prepare project schedules
• interpret project plans
• support permits, contracts, billing, subcontracts, closeout, and progress reporting
• identify safety, quality, and site issues.
