What you'll do

• Supervise, evaluate, mentor, and train Direct Support Professionals
• organize staff work to support a safe and therapeutic environment
• contribute to Individual Service Plan adjustments as needed
• participate in recruiting, orientation, and training
• oversee resident and agency funds, receipts, budgets, payroll, and mileage
• maintain communication and follow agency policies
• support customer service and flexibility in the work environment.
