Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) — Weekend Warrior is an onsite role in Portsmouth, NH. Pay is $21–$28 per hour, plus $3 per hour worked on Saturday or Sunday and applicable shift differentials. The available shift is 3 PM–11 PM. Working with nurses and the care team, the role monitors and reports changes, documents care, and follows infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• lift, move, position, and transport residents
• provide meal and feeding assistance as appropriate
• assist with toileting
• monitor and report changes in condition, skin integrity, weight, and care needs
• maintain flow sheets and documentation
• support admissions, discharges, and transfers
• communicate needs to nursing staff
• follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.

Why this role
