What you'll do

• Prepare assigned food items using grilling, sautéing, and roasting
• execute daily specials and support menu development as directed
• assist with scheduling, training, and supervision of junior kitchen staff
• prepare meats, vegetables, and other ingredients to recipe and portion guidelines
• prepare ticketed orders
• restock supplies
• maintain clean workstations, coolers, and storage areas
• follow food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
