What you'll do

• Develop and execute tax strategy
• oversee federal, state, and local income, franchise, sales and use, and property tax compliance
• manage audits, notices, and taxing authority relationships
• advise on joint ventures and entity structuring
• identify tax credits and incentives
• ensure multi-state compliance
• maintain tax policies, controls, and calendars
• monitor tax law changes
• lead and mentor the tax team and manage external advisors.
