What you'll do

• Mentor and manage supervising clinicians
• lead the team in delivering ABA therapy
• conduct weekly one-on-ones and quarterly fidelity assessments
• provide clinical oversight
• review initial and six-month assessments and monthly cases
• review proposed discharges and graduations
• implement quality initiatives
• train and develop staff
• conduct supervision overlaps
• support referral relationships and clinical interviews.
