What you'll do

• Oversee production personnel, equipment, and processes across multiple manufacturing and support departments.
• Plan and assign work, guide daily goal setting, organize training, coach team members, and enforce compliance with company and government requirements.
• Mobilize workforce in response to machine breakdowns, quality issues, employee call-ins.
• Resolve employee issues through problem resolution and input from managers and/or Human Resources.
