• Develop and implement a staffing plan aligned with clinical needs

• manage departmental policies and procedures
• mentor nursing staff
• oversee quality assurance and performance improvement
• ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and clinical standards.

Why this role

Requires an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment, at least three years of clinical nursing experience, and supervisory or staff-development experience. Nursing degree preferred; rehabilitative and restorative nursing experience strongly preferred.
