What you'll do

• Execute, supervise, and inspect building equipment operations and maintenance
• perform and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, automation, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work
• serve as principal repair technician for complex failures
• manage customer concerns
• supervise technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
• allocate materials and resources
• maintain maintenance management systems
• develop schedules and performance standards
• obtain vendor quotes and prepare proposals.
