• and support staff engagement, patient satisfaction, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Administrative Director and manages approximately 65 or more full-time-equivalent staff. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required
• a master’s degree is preferred, along with at least three years of director-level surgical services experience.
