What you'll do

• Deliver standardized classroom, virtual, and hands-on training
• Conduct new hire onboarding
• Provide continuous education programs
• Deliver safe driving and defensive driving training
• Ensure DOT compliance
• Execute yard safety observations
• Support yard operations
• Maintain accurate training records
• Track and report training metrics.
