The Site Supervisor – Unarmed Security works onsite in Glen Allen, VA. Pay is $22.66 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. What you'll do

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for assigned security personnel
• ensure required training and screening are complete
• inspect personnel and job performance for quality and contract compliance
• assist with payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders
• respond to client requests and make emergency notifications
• direct subordinates
• recommend personnel actions and operational improvements.
