What you'll do

• Manage projects from start to finish, including oversight and quality control
• develop schedules, timelines, and budgets
• review subcontractor proposals, scopes, and change orders
• maintain project logs, reports, inventories, and records
• coordinate with leadership
• review billing, audits, and invoicing
• monitor risks and address schedule or budget issues. Respond to on-call needs and manage technician and subcontractor availability 24/7
• fill in with hands-on tasks as needed.
