What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment, job postings, applicant tracking, candidate communications, interviews, and hiring documentation
• support pre-employment checks and onboarding
• assist with benefits enrollment and communications, benefit changes, billing review, and payroll backup
• coordinate training and monitor completion
• maintain confidential HR records
• support performance reviews, employee recognition, compliance, and organizational projects.
