The Micro Assembly Technician — B Shift role is onsite in Sugar Land, TX, and pays $25.00–$26.25 per hour. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with multiple days off each week. The Reserves Network connects talent with client opportunities in advanced manufacturing. What you'll do

• Assemble miniature electronic and photonic components
• use microscopes and precision tools
• perform fine alignment, wire bonding and micro-soldering as required
• inspect work against quality and engineering specifications
• follow work instructions, SOPs and engineering drawings
• document production and report quality concerns or deviations
• support rework and repair
• participate in continuous improvement
• maintain cleanroom, ESD and safety compliance
• keep the work area clean and organized.
