What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and service schedules
• portion and serve meals at the correct temperature
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and safe food storage
• operate kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, records, ordering, and receiving
• follow HACCP standards.
